Privacy Policy
Last updated: 26 June 2026
Most privacy policies are long because the site does a lot to you. This one is short because neno.ch does almost nothing: no analytics, no cookies, no third-party scripts, no external fonts, no tracking of any kind. There is no contact form — the only way to reach us is email. So there is very little data to explain.
Who is responsible
The controller for this website is neno web GmbH, Luchliweg 3, 3110 Münsingen, Switzerland. For anything about your data, email neno@neno.ch. Our full company details are in the legal notice.
The legal framework
We handle personal data under the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (revDSG) and, for visitors in the EU and EEA, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
What we process, and why
- When you visit the site. Our hosting provider records standard server logs — your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser’s user-agent — for the technical operation and security of the server. We do not combine these logs with anything else or use them to identify you. The site itself sets no cookies and runs no analytics.
- When you email us. If you write to us, we process your email address, your message, and whatever you choose to include, for the sole purpose of answering you. We keep the correspondence as long as it takes to deal with your request and any follow-up, then delete it.
Who processes data for us
We keep the list of third parties deliberately short:
- Hosting — Infomaniak Network SA, Geneva, Switzerland. Serves the site and keeps the server logs described above. The data stays in Switzerland.
- Email — Google Workspace (Google). Our
@neno.chmailboxes run on Google Workspace, so an email you send us is processed and stored there. This can involve transfer to servers outside Switzerland and the EU, including the United States, under recognized safeguards (the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses).
We use no advertising, analytics, or social-media trackers, so none of those companies receive anything about you.
Your rights
Under the revDSG and the GDPR you can ask us to confirm what data we hold about you and to give you a copy, to correct it, to delete it, or to restrict or object to its processing; where the GDPR applies you also have a right to data portability. Email neno@neno.ch and we will respond within the legal time limit.
You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority — in Switzerland the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC), or in the EU your local data-protection authority.
Changes to this policy
If the site ever starts processing data differently, we will update this page and its date before the new processing begins.
