Fifteen years in, Josip has stopped counting the sites he has shipped, marketing sites and data-heavy applications alike, built on whatever the client already ran: Craft CMS headless and traditional, WordPress, Contentful, Laravel, Gatsby, and now Next.js because that is what people ask for. He learns the system instead of fighting it, and holds the same line inside all of them: clean code, current best practice, and accessibility taken further than the brief asks.

He has worked with neno for thirteen years, on Swiss client work through agencies including Intersim and Unic. With Nenad he did the accessibility remediation on news.sbb.ch for the Swiss Federal Railways, commissioned by Intersim, months of it across the full component library and the news site itself. In 2026 he worked on the Next.js news editor for SBB’s RedaSys editorial platform. He also rebuilt atelier-irmak.ch on Next.js 15 in a two-person team with direct client responsibility, and it scores 100/100 on Lighthouse accessibility.

For the last seven years he has also led development at Kadeau, ten if you count the work that came before it. He owns the architecture, the tooling and the engineering standards there, two senior developers report to him, and the job runs past the frontend into the Craft CMS layer, code review and the deployments. He made the case for running Craft headless behind Next.js and led the rollout across three client projects, live preview and on-demand revalidation included, so an editor can see a page before anyone publishes it. Each project gets its own page builder, written for that site rather than bought in, and NTI is the furthest he has taken it: one Turborepo monorepo, one component system and theme, five separate brands (nti.llc, mda.llc, tricoresystems.com, vcg.llc, gstw.llc). raben.co, a content-heavy public affairs site, scores 100/100 on accessibility. Morae he inherited twice, once a stalled WordPress project and once a broken Next.js rebuild, and shipped both.

Before that came seven and a half years as de facto technical lead at Pinkston Digital, building Craft CMS sites with custom component systems for Stryker, K12 / Stride and Four Inc., plus a Laravel platform for K12’s marketing team. Some of it outlived the engagement: fourinc.com ran on his build until 2026, and defaziollc.com has been live since 2019. Bring him in when the site has to stay in the client’s hands after handover.
